Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for Phian Infotec’s brand and digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting services, and preparing proposals.



The role also involves managing and nurturing client accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with the marketing and technical teams on tailored solutions, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Business Development Executive will represent the company professionally at client meetings and local networking events, contributing to long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
