Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–5 years of experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
Counsel students/professionals and understand their learning and career requirements.
Explain courses, programs, benefits, pricing, and career opportunities to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Maintain daily sales reports and track conversion metrics.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in EdTech sales is mandatory.
Experience in Inside Sales / B2C Sales / Academic Counselling is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales workplace.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Candidates with a proven track record of meeting sales targets will be preferred.
