Job Title: Senior Azure Integration Platform Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Azure Integration Platform Engineer is responsible for the
operational reliability, performance, and optimisation of the Azure Integration
Services (AIS) platform in enterprise environments. The role operates with
significant autonomy, providing advanced technical support, driving continuous
improvement, and ensuring platform services meet agreed service levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations & Engineering

Operate, maintain, and optimise Azure Integration Services, including:

Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard)

API Management

Service Bus, Event Grid

Azure Functions

Ensure platform stability, availability, scalability, and performance

Apply patches, upgrades, and platform updates in line with operational standards

Monitoring, Reliability & Incident Management

Monitor platform health and capacity using:





Azure Monitor

Application Insights

Log Analytics

Respond to and resolve platform-level incidents, including throttling, outages,
and Azure service issues

Lead troubleshooting of complex integration and connectivity issues

Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions

Participation in 24x7 rotational shift or on-call support, depending on business
needs

Support for planned maintenance and platform upgrades

Cloud Infrastructure, Security & Governance

Maintain Azure resource groups, policies, RBAC, and Key Vaults

Support secure networking configurations including:

VNETs, subnets, NSGs

Private endpoints

Ensure platform configurations comply with security, governance, and audit
standards
