What you’ll be doing
Valuable Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers independently with strong articulation, confidence, and presentation skills.
Digital marketing experience with MarTech platform implementations (Adobe/SFDC),



including solution design and implementation, specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Strong database expertise in SQL, Oracle, Teradata, or similar technologies.
Experience in marketing database design, including querying, aggregations, filters, joins, key definitions, and indexing.
Logical programming knowledge using JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar technologies, along with proficiency in HTML/CSS.
Ability to understand complex data models, preferably XDM (Experience Data Model), and align them with marketing campaign objectives.
Familiarity with creating business rules and conditional logic to personalize customer journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors.
Ability to identify opportunities for process and solution improvements and advocate best practices.
Strong collaboration skills with business and technology stakeholders across the organization.
