We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk Manager
In this role, you will:

Helping develop and maintain capability to provide Fraud/Disputes Operations with insightful analysis and prioritization of relevant information to support business risk decisions.
Working with the lead for Fraud/Disputes Operations to implement improved end-to-end control design.




Ensuring risk and control standards are incorporated into the design of new processes and influencing the design of automated and manual controls along with introducing robust governance within Fraud/Disputes to ensure visibility of issues, actions, and ownership.
Supporting the development and execution of a controls testing strategy that is complete, comprehensive and robust, providing material for analysis and oversight by Risk Stewards.
Advising stakeholders to ensure new developments/changes have appropriate controls built in from commencement.
Reviewing internal and external trigger events; analyzing root causes and partnering with Operations/Technology to implement sustainable remediation.
Promoting adherence to HSBC Group standards and contributing to a strong risk and controls culture across Fraud/Disputes Operations.
Developing and monitoring risk remediation program activities to ensure delivery progress and “path to green"
