About the Role
Graphisads is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging, platform-specific content for social media and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current social media trends, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Create Reels, short-form videos, social media posts, scripts, captions and campaign content.
Research trending topics, formats, memes, audio and content trends relevant to different audiences.
Conceptualise creative ideas for brands, government organisations, political/social campaigns and corporate clients.
Write engaging video scripts, hooks, captions and CTAs.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, social media managers and the creative team.
Participate in content shoots and coordinate with on-camera talent when required.




Adapt content according to different brand guidelines, communication objectives and target audiences.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for viral and high-engagement content.
Assist in developing monthly content calendars and campaign concepts.
Review content performance and use insights to improve future content.
Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, relevant and aligned with the brand's tone.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, English or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
Excellent Hindi and English communication and writing skills.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Good understanding of short-form video and social media content formats.
Robust creative thinking and storytelling ability.
