We’re looking for a Digital Marketing professional who knows how to turn ad spend into actual customers and revenue. This is not a “create campaign → click publish → send screenshot” job.
You should have hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets, analysing performance, testing creatives and audiences, and continuously improving acquisition efficiency.

What You Must Know

Meta Ads + Google Ads are non-negotiable. You must have personally run and managed campaigns on both platforms.
We want someone who can confidently tell us:
What campaigns have you run?
What was the monthly/overall ad budget you managed?
What was the objective - leads, sales, traffic, app installs, etc.?
What was your CPL / CPA / ROAS?
What worked?
What didn't?
What did you change to improve performance?
How did you decide where to allocate the budget?





“I have worked on Meta Ads” is not enough. We want someone who has actually been inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, launched campaigns, monitored them, managed budgets and made optimisation decisions.

What You'll Actually Do
Plan, set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Build campaign structures, audiences, budgets and targeting
Manage and optimise daily ad spend
Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CVR and ROAS
Identify winning and underperforming campaigns
Run A/B tests across creatives, copies, audiences, formats and landing pages
Research competitor ads, offers and messaging
Work with the content/design team to create high-performing ad creatives
Analyse customer behaviour and conversion funnels
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
Work on landing-page optimisation
Set up and monitor conversion tracking
Analyse performance through GA4 and other analytics tools
Maintain campaign dashboards and reports
