Role Description The Clinical Coordinator RMO role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day clinical activities,
including supporting IVF specialists during consultations and procedures, monitoring patients in pre- and post-procedure areas, and ensuring timely documentation and updates in medical records. The Clinical Coordinator RMO will provide direct patient care under supervision, assist in critical care situations, and help manage medication administration and treatment schedules in accordance with established protocols. The role involves clear communication with patients and families regarding treatment plans, coordinating with nursing, embryology, and administrative teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and ethical standards. The Clinical Coordinator RMO will also contribute to clinical audits, data collection, and research-related activities to support continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
