Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven, product-focused SDE-III (Full Stack Developer) with strong expertise in the MERN Stack and hands-on experience with Python-based AI integrations. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable web applications, integrating AI/LLM systems, and contributing across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud deployment, and system architecture.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of features end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build modern AI-enabled products that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.




Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Python.
Integrate AI/LLM solutions such as OpenAI APIs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and automation workflows into products.
Work on database design, optimisation, and scalable architecture using MongoDB and SQL databases.
Build secure REST APIs and integrate third-party platforms/services.
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Optimise applications for speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud infrastructure management.
Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, full-stack systems, and modern web development.
