About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tele Sales Trainer to join our team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for tele sales teams to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, sales techniques, and overall performance. The role requires a strong understanding of call center operations, sales processes, coaching methodologies, and performance improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and refresher training programs for current and existing tele sales professionals.
Develop and deliver training modules on sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement, communication skills, and product knowledge.
Monitor call quality and identify training needs based on performance gaps.
Conduct role plays, mock calls,



and interactive learning sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
Work closely with Quality, Operations, and Sales teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to improve individual and team performance.
Create training materials, presentations, SOPs, process documents, and learning aids.
Track trainee progress and maintain training records, reports, and performance dashboards.
Stay updated with industry trends, sales methodologies, and learning techniques to continuously improve training programs.
Support process improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous learning. Desired Candidate Profile
