Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly of components, structures, and subsystems according to engineering drawings and work instructions
Operate basic workshop tools and machinery used in production and fabrication
Assist in installation, fitting, and alignment of mechanical parts and assemblies
Support testing, inspection, and quality verification of mechanical assemblies
Interpret mechanical drawings, technical documents, and assembly procedures
Maintain production records and documentation related to assembly activities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
Work closely with engineers and production teams during builds and prototype development
Identify defects, inconsistencies, or issues during assembly and report them to supervisors
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Polytechnic in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering,



or related field
0 – 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production
Basic understanding of mechanical components, fasteners, and fabrication techniques
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Positive teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
Experience with precision assembly or fabrication processes
Aerospace or defense industry experience is a plus
