About the Role

We are hiring passionate and customer-centric professionals for our International Contact Centre team supporting banking operations. The role involves handling inbound customer queries, delivering exceptional service, resolving client concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, skilled, and accurate resolutions.
Respond to customer queries through voice and written communication channels.
Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products, mortgages, consumer lending, account information, and services.
Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently using workflow and case management tools.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in internal systems.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and service-level targets.

Educational Qualification

12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience Required

1 to 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Customer Service, Contact Centre, or BPO operations will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs.
Ability to adapt to a 24x7 international customer service environment.
Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering service excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
