Role Description The RSVP Executive is a full time, on-site position based in Rajkot, responsible for managing guest confirmations and attendance for weddings, corporate functions, and themed events. In this role,



the individual will handle guest communication through phone calls, messaging, and emails, maintain accurate RSVP and guest list records, and coordinate seating plans and special requests.

Job Description:
To collect, organize, and maintain guest databases received from clients and internal teams.
To verify guest information and ensure guest records are complete and updated.
To coordinate with clients for guest list updates, additions, and modifications throughout the planning cycle.
To initiate RSVP communication with guests through calls, messages, emails, or other approved communication channels.
To track guest responses and maintain accurate RSVP status records.
To follow up with pending guests and ensure timely response collection within defined timelines.
To prepare and maintain RSVP trackers, guest confirmation reports, and attendance summaries.
