About the Role




We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and play a hands-on role in executing and coordinating marketing activities across our programs.

This is a marketing-first role involving social media, content creation, email and WhatsApp marketing, partner school coordination, mentor engagement, and execution of offline marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable thinking about marketing, creating content, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns and deliverables are executed on time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Marketing
Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and create content for social media, including posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, videos, and other platform-specific formats.
Coordinate and execute on-ground and in-office shoots for social media content.
Write social media captions, hooks, scripts, and campaign copy.
Maintain content calendars
