Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members via email
Vendors payment Checking as per quotation, processing in system,



ensuring proper approvals entering invoices to financial systems.
Contact debtors through calls, emails or letters to notify them of overdue invoices and encourage them to pay.
Bank reconciliation, preparing Monthly Debtors report, checking reimbursement expenses with supporting document, processing in system for payment process
Produce monthly reports as requested by the Manager and Management. conduct monthly reconciliation of accounts on the debtor ledger. Assist with month end closing
Oversee the forwarding of monthly statements to clients to keep them updated on debt repayment activities. Resolve client debt repayment by smooth communication with Operations and Client Accounts team
Provide supporting documentation for audits
Maintain confidentiality of organizational information

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in vendor invoice and sales invoice
