About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to lead our online presence, grow engagement,



and create content that showcases our work and impact across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong social media management skills, along with hands-on experience in content creation, photography, video shooting, and video editing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content including graphics, photos, videos, reels, captions, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Shoot photos and videos of programmes, events, activities, and stories as and when required.
Edit videos and photographs to create high-quality, engaging social media content.
Manage the uploading and scheduling of content across all social media platforms.
Write clear, engaging, and impactful captions and content that communicate our work effectively.
Run and monitor basic Meta Ads campaigns, including boosting posts, setting audiences, and tracking results.
