Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency across Deluxe Localization's Media Services ecosystem.



Working closely with stakeholders from Subtitling (SUB), Dubbing (DUB), Order Management (OM), Scheduling, and Global Coordination Operations, you will identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and accelerate operational decision-making.
The ideal candidate will combine solid technical expertise in Excel VBA development, process automation, Microsoft Copilot technologies, AI-powered solutions, and data integration with a solid understanding of operational workflows. You will serve as a bridge between business teams and technology solutions, translating operational challenges into scalable automation initiatives that drive measurable business value.
