Job Title: Key Account Manager – CNS
Location – Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai

Job Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) for CNS is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts within the Central Nervous System therapeutic area. This role requires a deep understanding of the CNS market, including products, competitors, and customer needs, to drive sales growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, specialty clinics, and other healthcare providers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic account plans that align with the company’s business goals.
Identify opportunities for growth and propose solutions to meet client needs.
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
Monitor account performance and develop strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:



Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advances in CNS therapies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and product development, to ensure alignment on account strategies.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 7+ years of experience in key account management or sales in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within CNS. ( Products - migraine and multiple sclerosis)
Solid understanding of CNS therapies, treatment pathways, and the healthcare landscape.
