Happening Market Official (HMO) is building an AI-powered Market Intelligence ecosystem for traders and investors across Indian Stock Markets, Forex and Crypto.
We are looking for a Finance & Strategic Investment Co-Founder to join the founding team and actively participate in building and scaling HMO.

• Strong understanding of Financial Markets, FinTech, Investments or Business Finance
• Strategic financial thinking and business understanding
• Experience in fundraising, investor relations, financial strategy or business development is highly valuable
• Strong professional, investor or financial-industry network is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership
• Ability and willingness to contribute capital/investment to the venture
• Long-term commitment to building HMO as a serious financial technology and market-intelligence company

This is a Founder-level opportunity, not an employee, consultant or passive-investor role.
The selected Co-Founder will work directly with the Founder across finance, capital strategy, business development, partnerships and long-term company growth.
Capital contribution is an important requirement for this particular Co-Founder chance.
