Role Overview




We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. You will work with a diverse team of experts in a cooperative and innovative environment, analysing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and providing insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Model Development & Deployment: Design, build, and productionise machine learning models for credit scoring, risk profiling, fraud detection, and customer segmentation, calibrating existing scoring logic and business rules to improve predictive performance.
Model Governance & Documentation: Prepare and maintain model documentation (data sources, features, assumptions) and drive models through internal review, credit review, and sign-off ahead of deployment, ensuring models remain interpretable, robust, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Analytical Insights & Impact: Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and actionable insights that improve model
