Role Description The SAP End User role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur Nagar. This role involves daily use of SAP modules to support business operations, including entering and maintaining master data, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy of financial and operational records. The SAP End User will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and provide feedback to improve workflows. Responsibilities also include running routine reports, validating data,



and supporting internal users with basic SAP-related queries to ensure smooth and efficient system usage.
Qualifications

Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to SAP workflows.
Proficiency in SAP FICO with hands-on experience in day-to-day end-user activities.
Ability to manage and maintain SAP master data with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated analytical skills for data validation, issue identification, and problem-solving.
Experience in consulting with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest process improvements.
Basic knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points is an advantage.
Comfort with MS Excel and other standard office productivity tools.
Bachelers degree, Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in office.
Prior experience as a SAP end user in manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus.
