Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into buyers for AIL Developer’s residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential clients,



presenting project features and pricing, conducting site visits, and providing detailed guidance on investment options. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for documentation, legal and registration support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to post-sale follow-up. The Sales Executive will be expected to maintain accurate sales reports, track market trends, and actively contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
