Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented Butler to join a prestigious five-star hotel environment. The Butler will provide personalized, discreet, and exceptional service to VIP guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable, seamless, and memorable.





The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, robust attention to detail, a luxury-service mindset, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized and five-star luxury service to VIP, VVIP, and high-profile guests.
Welcome and escort guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle luggage, unpacking and packing services, where required.
Assist guests with room orientation and explain hotel facilities and services.
Anticipate guest requirements and proactively provide personalized assistance.
Coordinate guest requests with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B;, Concierge, Engineering, and other departments.
Arrange in-room dining, restaurant reservations, transportation, appointments, and special requests.
