We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Altium Designer to design high-frequency 77–81 GHz radar PCBs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and layout high-frequency RF/mixed-signal multilayer PCBs.
Develop controlled-impedance RF traces, high-speed interfaces and differential pairs.
Work on RFIC, BGA, antenna interfaces and high-density PCB layouts.
Optimize PCB stack-up, grounding, return paths, RF routing and signal integrity.
Perform DFM/DFT reviews and support PCB fabrication and assembly.
Generate Gerber/ODB++, fabrication, assembly and manufacturing documentation.
Support prototype bring-up, debugging and design validation.
Collaborate with RF, antenna, hardware and mechanical teams.
Requirements:
3+ years of PCB design experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Altium Designer.
Experience in high-speed, RF or microwave PCB design.
Positive understanding of controlled impedance, SI/PI, EMI/EMC and PCB stack-up.
Experience with multilayer PCB, BGA and HDI/microvia designs.
