Lead end-to-end development, execution, commissioning, and operation of BESS projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets.Develop BESS project strategies, technology selection, engineering standards, and operational frameworks to maximize system performance and reliability.Manage cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and O&M; while coordinating with clients, OEMs, consultants, and regulatory agencies.Drive commercial, technical, and regulatory compliance for BESS projects, including risk management, contract administration, cost optimization, and stakeholder management.
