? We’re Hiring: Sales Executive - candidates from Fitness Industry are preferred

? Location: Fitclub - Gurgaon
FitClub is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive who is passionate about fitness and has strong communication skills to drive memberships and revenue growth.

? Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in inquiries, leads, and follow-ups for gym memberships
Perform cold calling to prospective clients and explain FitClub services and offers
Convert leads into active members and achieve monthly sales targets
Conduct gym tours and confidently pitch memberships and fitness programs
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth onboarding
Participate in promotional activities and local marketing initiatives

? Requirements
6 months - 2 years of experience in sales (gym/fitness preferred)
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems is a plus
