Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, merchandising, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and well-maintained.



Responsibilities include driving sales performance, monitoring inventory levels, implementing promotions, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and stock. The role also focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with Royaloak’s brand standards. The manager will track store KPIs, implement loss prevention measures, coordinate with regional management, and support training and development of store team members.
