About FocusRealm
FocusRealm is a B2B SaaS platform built to solve one of Indian hospitality's most persistent operating problems: keeping standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistent and staff training effective across properties, shifts, and languages. We help hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups digitize their SOPs and deliver structured, trackable training to frontline and management staff — replacing binders, tribal knowledge, and one-off onboarding sessions with a system that scales.
We're an early-stage, founder-led, bootstrapped company building ahead of a public launch. Rather than leading with funding announcements or marquee logos, our strategy is to earn credibility the hard way — through demonstrated industry expertise, sharp content, and real relationships across the hospitality ecosystem — before we ask the market to pay attention to our product. That means the people who join us early get unusually close to how a company actually gets built, not just how it's marketed after the fact.
About the Role
The Founder's Office Intern works at the centre of FocusRealm's early-stage operations — not attached to a single function, but embedded directly with the founders across strategy, research, partnerships, and execution. This is a generalist, high-trust role for someone who wants to understand how a B2B SaaS company is actually built from the inside: how decisions get made, how priorities get sequenced, and how a small team turns ambiguous problems into shipped work.
You'll move between projects rather than owning a single fixed lane — one week that might mean structuring a competitive analysis, the next it might mean drafting a partnership brief or tightening an internal process. What stays constant is the level of ownership: you'll be trusted to take a problem, work it through with minimal hand-holding, and bring back something usable.

Strategic & Founder Support
Work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives — market
