Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, managing the content calendar, writing and editing posts, and optimizing content using social media best practices and platform insights.



The Social Media Manager will monitor analytics, track performance, and adjust campaigns to improve reach and conversion. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, responding to audience interactions, and staying up to date with trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across major platforms.
Ability to develop and manage effective Content Strategy, including content planning, scheduling, and alignment with brand and marketing goals.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages for diverse audiences.
Experience using social media analytics tools to interpret data, generate insights, and report on performance metrics.
