Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, for residential and commercial interiors at Sangreh Home Studio. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and build process. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, overseeing space planning,



selecting materials and FF&E;, and ensuring that design intent is maintained during construction. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior team members, participate in client meetings, manage project timelines, and support budgeting and procurement activities. This role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, address on-site challenges, and uphold quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with proven experience leading end-to-end interior projects.
Proficiency in Space Planning and creating efficient, functional layouts that respond to user needs and site conditions.
Ability to develop and review detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution and coordination.
Experience in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials aligned with design concepts.
