Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Graphic Designer & Event Coordinator with immediate joining. The role involves creating visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, logos,



and branding materials aligned with Vervve Hotels & Resorts’ brand identity. The Graphic Designer & Event Coordinator will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotional materials for events, campaigns, and guest engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing design projects, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets. The role also covers event planning and coordination, such as assisting with concept development, venue arrangements, branding at events, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
