Job Description
A Production Manager oversees event production planning, fabrication coordination, vendor management, sourcing, and operational execution for events, weddings, activations,



and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise production activities for corporate events, weddings, stage setups, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Coordinate fabrication, installations, decor execution, technical setups, and venue production requirements.
Prepare, create, and share quotations, cost estimates, and service proposals based on client requirements and event specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate pricing, budgeting, and timely submission of quotations.
Manage vendors, manpower, materials, timelines, and onsite execution processes.
Ensure smooth coordination between design, warehouse, logistics, and client servicing teams.
Monitor production quality, safety standards, and execution efficiency.
Handle budget utilization, procurement coordination, and operational troubleshooting.
