Role Description This full time Steward (Italian experience) role is an in office position based in Bengaluru. The steward will support daily restaurant operations, including preparing and serving Italian food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the service and kitchen areas, and ensuring tables and service stations are set up according to standards. The role involves greeting and assisting guests, responding to customer requests,



and coordinating with kitchen and serving teams to ensure smooth service. The steward will follow food safety guidelines, adhere to company policies, and may assist in stock replenishment, basic inventory checks, and training support for new team members.
Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests professionally and handle inquiries or issues effectively.
Hands-on Food & Beverage and Food Service experience, preferably in Italian cuisine or an Italian dining environment.
Ability to support Training activities for new team members on service standards and hygiene practices.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and basic health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotel F&B; operations is preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required in a travel-focused environment.
