Role Description
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing marketing technology solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
This is a senior, client-facing role that combines solution architecture, technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and delivery oversight. The architect will lead discovery workshops, define end-to-end solution designs,



guide development teams, and ensure that implementations follow platform best practices.
The ideal candidate should be capable of translating complex business and marketing requirements into practical technical solutions while confidently communicating architectural decisions, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery and solution-design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.
Understand clients’ business objectives, customer journeys, data sources, marketing processes, security requirements, and integration needs.
Design end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Agentforce Marketing, and connected Salesforce products.
