Role Description:

The Category Manager (Fashion Startup) will own end-to-end management of assigned fashion categories, including product Assortment planning, Pricing, Promotions, and Lifecycle management. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales and customer data, identifying trends, defining category strategy, and collaborating with design, merchandising, procurement, marketing, and operations to execute plans. The role will involve managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing procurement for the category, and ensuring availability and quality of products. The Category Manager will track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and continuously optimize assortment, margins, and customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban.

What we are looking for:





You should possess strong Category Management skills, including assortment planning, pricing, merchandising, and lifecycle management for fashion or consumer products.
Must have exposure from 0-1 at a E-Commerce startup and a high growth environment.
Growth and Aggression are your super powers Graduated from excellent institutions like IIT, NITs or got even better mettle on your shoulders
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, Customer Behaviour, market trends, and performance metrics, and use insights to drive decisions.
Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and vendor management skills to build partnerships, secure favourable terms, and maintain reliable supply for the category.
