Role Description The Purchase Executive (IT Field) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for managing end-to-end IT procurement activities. This position involves processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of IT hardware, software, and services. The role includes negotiating prices and terms, comparing quotations, maintaining accurate purchase records, and supporting inventory and asset management. The Purchase Executive will work closely with the technical and finance teams to align purchases with project requirements, budgets, and company policies. The role also requires monitoring vendor performance, resolving delivery or billing issues, and contributing to process improvements in procurement operations.
