We’re Hiring: Events Delegate Acquisition Executive
Leap Media Solutions LLC is looking for an energetic and result-driven Events Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our growing team.
The role will focus on identifying, inviting, engaging, and confirming senior IT decision-makers and C-level executives for our technology events, conferences, roundtables, and executive gatherings across the UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
Delegate acquisition through telecalling, LinkedIn, email and other outreach channels
Invite and confirm CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors, IT Managers and other senior decision-makers
Understand event-specific audience criteria and ensure delegates are properly qualified
Maintain accurate registration and confirmation databases
Conduct pre-event reconfirmation and follow-ups to maximize attendance




Consistently achieve individual registration and attendance targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior professionals for future events
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of experience in delegate acquisition, telemarketing, lead generation or B2B event audience acquisition
Excellent English communication and telephone skills
Confident speaking with senior/C-level executives
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Positive understanding of LinkedIn and online research
Experience working on technology/B2B events will be a strong advantage
Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market is preferred
