Manager — Corporate Finance

About The Role

We are looking for a Manager to sit at the centre of our investor, board and strategic finance work. You will be the person who turns numbers into a story — building the investor deck, keeping the financial model current, running the dataroom, and preparing the material our board and investors rely on.

This is a high-visibility seat with direct exposure to the CFO, CEO and board. You will work across finance, product, credit, commercial and legal to pull together the inputs, and you will own the quality of what goes out.

What You Will Do

Investor materials and fundraising support

Build and maintain the investor deck — structure the narrative, build the charts, keep every figure tied back to the model.
Produce tailored materials for specific investor conversations, including teasers, one-pagers and follow-up analyses.
Prepare responses to investor diligence questions, coordinating inputs from across the business.

Dataroom management





Own the investor dataroom end to end: structure, contents, version control, access permissions and audit trail.
Keep the room current as the business evolves, and track what has been shared with whom and when.
Apply judgement on staging — what is appropriate to share at each point in a process.

Board reporting

Prepare the board pack: performance against plan, KPI dashboards, variance commentary and supporting analysis.
Run the production timeline — chase contributors, consolidate inputs, manage review cycles and circulate on schedule.
Track and follow up on board and committee action items.

MIS and performance reporting

Own the business MIS — keep the reporting pack that tracks the key metrics of the business accurate and up to date on a defined cycle.
