Role Description This Event Marketing Intern – Generative AI & Digital Campaigns role is an internship opportunity based in Pune with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support planning and promotion of APMP India events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences, with a focus on applying generative AI tools to create digital marketing content and campaigns.



Day-to-day tasks include assisting in event logistics and coordination, drafting event communication materials, managing social media and email outreach, and engaging with participants to provide responsive customer support. The intern will also help analyze campaign performance, maintain contact lists and event databases, and collaborate with team members and volunteers to enhance participant experience and event impact.

Key responsibilities
Create event marketing content: Produce copy, images, social media posts, reels and videos using tools such as OpenAI ImageGen, Claude Design, NanoBanana, Descript and HeyGen. Use Replit or Lovable to support campaign landing pages and registration experiences. Explore new tools to improve content quality and turnaround time.
Run campaigns and automate tasks: Support lead generation, lead enrichment and digital marketing through AI-assisted workflows and automation. Plan
