About the Role

Craft & Glory is looking for an experienced *Head of Operations* to lead and scale our end-to-end manufacturing and operational ecosystem.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role overseeing *production, procurement, inventory, warehousing, vendor management, costing, planning, quality control and dispatch* across our footwear, leather goods and apparel categories.

We are looking for someone who can bring structure to a growing manufacturing business — building systems, improving efficiency, strengthening planning and taking complete ownership of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end production and workshop operations across footwear, leather goods and apparel.
* Build and manage production plans, capacity forecasts and manpower requirements.
* Own raw-material planning, procurement and inventory management to prevent stock-outs and production delays.




* Develop inventory forecasting systems based on sales trends, seasonality, launches and anticipated demand.
* Manage and develop vendors, negotiate commercial terms and build alternate supplier networks.
* Establish accurate product costing and COGS frameworks and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and margins.
* Build, implement and enforce SOPs across production, procurement, inventory, warehousing, quality control and dispatch.
* Improve production lead times, workflow efficiency and operational accountability.
* Oversee inventory accuracy, warehousing, WIP and finished-goods management.
* Build and strengthen quality-control processes and address recurring production or product-quality issues.
* Lead, train and manage operational teams while building a strong culture of accountability and ownership.
