About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team and drive the adoption of our AI-powered SaaS products — ProcessHQ.ai and OoroAI.com.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, enjoys speaking with business owners and decision-makers, understands the basics of sales, and is excited about selling technology solutions that solve real business problems.
You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, connecting with prospects, understanding their requirements, demonstrating our products, following up with leads, and converting opportunities into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calling, online research, referrals and other sales channels.
Make regular sales calls to prospective customers and identify business needs and pain points.
Understand customer requirements and position ProcessHQ.ai and OoroAI.com as relevant solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits and business value.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Use our CRM system to manage leads, activities, follow-ups, meetings and sales opportunities.
Keep CRM records accurate and updated on a daily basis.
Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track sales activity, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of experience in call
