Role Description The Service Manager is a full time, in office role based in Varanasi, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service center and ensuring high-quality customer support for Ola Electric vehicles. This role includes managing service teams, coordinating repair and maintenance activities, monitoring service performance, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.



The Service Manager will handle customer escalations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, maintain service records, and collaborate with technical and operations teams to resolve complex issues. The role also involves forecasting service demand, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting the execution of service-related initiatives and campaigns at the local level.
Qualifications

Experience in service center or workshop management, including team supervision and daily operations oversight.
Ability to manage customer interactions, handle escalations professionally, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of automotive or electric vehicle service processes, diagnostics, and maintenance standards is highly beneficial.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with attention to safety, quality, and compliance.
Proficiency in using digital tools
