Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and training clients, and promoting the academy’s programs and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, leading negotiations, and closing agreements that support growth targets.



The Business Development Manager will collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align offerings with market demand, represent the academy at events and meetings, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also involves maintaining solid client satisfaction, gathering feedback for program improvement, and contributing to strategic planning for expansion.
Qualifications
