Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Palantir Foundry
Role Overview
We are looking for a growth oriented Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who combines strong hands-on Palantir Foundry capabilities with a deep understanding of Commercial, Marketing, CRM and Digital Growth.
We are looking for someone who thinks like a growth hacker and builds like an FDE — someone who understands how businesses acquire, engage, convert and retain customers, and can use data, AI and Palantir Foundry to rapidly turn growth ideas into working solutions.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing customer journeys, CRM, social/media performance, campaigns and commercial growth prospects with business teams and then getting hands-on to build the required data products, applications and workflows in Foundry.
What You Will Do
Partner directly with Commercial, Growth and Marketing leaders to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and revenue growth. Translate loosely defined growth opportunities into data-driven products and workflows using Palantir Foundry.
Connect and activate data across CRM, customer, sales, social, media, campaign and transactional platforms.
Build rapid prototypes and experiments, put them in the hands of business users, measure results and iterate quickly.
Develop data pipelines, Ontologies, applications and operational workflows within Foundry.
Apply analytics and AI to identify customer opportunities and recommend actions for Sales and Marketing teams.Work across business and technology teams, taking ownership from idea → prototype → deployment → adoption → measurable business impact.
Bring a strong experimentation mindset — continuously identifying recent ways in which data and technology can drive growth.
What We Are Looking For
