What You’ll Do
Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
Source and build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and manage candidate experience.
Drive offer negotiations and closures.
Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and sourcing.
Solid communication and candidate assessment skills.
Valuable stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced setting.
