Job Summary:

The AVEVA PI Engineer / Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting industrial data management solutions using the AVEVA PI System and related time-series technologies. The role involves connecting operational technology (OT) systems such as PLCs, DCS, and SCADA with enterprise applications, ensuring reliable data collection, storage, visualization, and analysis.

The incumbent will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business and technical requirements, develop scalable solutions, troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and maintain system health. The role also includes preparing technical documentation, supporting maintenance and AMC activities, developing automation scripts, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, client interaction capabilities, and a proactive approach toward learning emerging industrial data and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement solutions using AVEVA PI System and industrial historian technologies.
- Integrate PLC, DCS, SCADA, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems for seamless data exchange.
- Gather client requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely technical support.
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance,



health checks, and performance optimization activities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, asset frameworks, calculations, and data visualization solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and deployment documents.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and PI Web API to improve operational efficiency.
- Support AMC activities, system audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with Industry 4.0 technologies, industrial data platforms, and best practices.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
