Senior Data Scientist – Supply Chain Analytics (o9 Solutions Expert)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Supply Chain Analytics and o9 Solutions platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with o9 Solutions demand planning, supply planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules and should be capable of building advanced forecasting and optimization solutions.

This role requires robust Python programming skills, expertise in machine learning/statistical modeling, and a deep understanding of supply chain processes.

Mandatory Skills:

Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions platform is a must-have

- Experience with o9 Solutions Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules
- Ability to configure, analyze, and develop solutions within the o9 ecosystem

Strong programming skills in Python for:

- Data analysis
- Statistical modeling
- Forecasting scripts
- Optimization algorithms

Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts, including:

- Demand forecasting
- Inventory optimization
- Supply planning
- Replenishment planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

Experience with:
- Time-series forecasting techniques




- Machine learning models
- Statistical methods applied to supply chain problems
- Predictive analytics and optimization use cases

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with o9 Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG)

o9 plugin development experience

SQL and data warehouse exposure

Experience with cloud platforms

- AWS
- Azure
- GCP

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop advanced forecasting and optimization models for supply chain use cases
- Build data-driven solutions using Python and machine learning techniques
- Work with o9 Solutions platform to enhance planning and decision-making processes
- Analyze large datasets and identify opportunities for supply chain improvements
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions

Candidate Profile:

- 8 years of experience in Data Science / Analytics roles
- Strong background in supply chain analytics
- Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions is mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
