Celebal Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Classical Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, and cloud-based AI architectures, along with proven consulting and leadership experience.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect, develop, deploy, and monitor production-grade ML models and LLM-powered applications.
- Design scalable Agentic AI solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks and best practices.
- Drive MLOps/LLMOps adoption, model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define AI strategy and solution roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor data scientists and engineers, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Champion Responsible AI practices, security, compliance, and AI governance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
- Robust hands-on expertise in:




- Classical Machine Learning

- NLP, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
- MLOps / LLMOps
- Python & SQL
- Databricks
- Azure (preferred) or AWS
- Strong experience in:
- AI/ML Solution Architecture & System Design
- Model Development, Deployment & Monitoring
- Enterprise AI Implementations
- Responsible AI & AI Governance
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and scalable AI systems.

Leadership & Consulting Experience

- Proven experience in solution design and technical leadership.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience leading AI/ML engagements from discovery through deployment.
- Ability to mentor and guide high-performing data science teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.

Good to Have

- Azure AI Services, AI Foundry, and Databricks Certifications.
- Experience with AI coding assistants and productivity tools such as Claude and Cursor.
- Exposure to multi-agent frameworks and advanced LLM evaluation techniques.
