Senior Data Governance Analyst (Informatica IDMC)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Governance Analyst to support enterprise data governance initiatives for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Informatica IDMC, Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC), and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), with a proven track record in data cataloging, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance data catalog, metadata, and data lineage using Informatica CDGC.
- Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules and metrics using Informatica CDQ.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve data quality and lineage issues.
- Collaborate with data stewards, business users, and technical teams to drive data governance initiatives.
- Develop data quality dashboards and reports for stakeholder communication.




- Promote metadata adoption, data transparency, and governance best practices across the organization.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Data Governance/Data Management.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, CDGC, and CDQ.
- Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data Quality.
- Experience with SQL, Unix, and RDBMS.
- Understanding of DAMA-DMBOK or similar governance frameworks.
- Experience in Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services domain preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
