Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining robust client relationships, and proactively pitching IMD Brand’s services across branding, advertising, creative production, and digital marketing.



The Business Development Manager will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate closely with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure successful project delivery. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, outbound and inbound client communication, and performance tracking against revenue and growth targets. The role also requires representing the agency at meetings, events, and industry forums to strengthen IMD Brand’s market presence.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
